Preparation of these pancakes is very simple and quick. They taste great and you only need a few basic ingredients, so definitely try them.

Cabbage pancakes: Cheap, filling and tasty food that you can enjoy for lunch or dinner!

We need:

  • 250 g white cabbage
  • 100 g all-purpose flour
  • 70 g hard cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 onion
  • salt to taste
  • oil for frying

Instructions:

1. Finely chop the onion and cabbage and place them in a deep bowl.

2. Add the eggs, cheese grated on a coarse grater, sifted flour and salt.

3. Mix everything well with a fork.

4. On a pan with hot oil, evenly spread the cabbage mixture into the shape of a pancake.

5. Cover the pan with a lid and fry 15 – 20 minutes over low heat.

6. Then turn the pancake over to the other side using a plate. Cover again with a lid and fry for another 10 minutes over low heat.

7. Transfer the pancake to a plate, cut it and enjoy. Enjoy your meal!
