It has a vasodilatory effect
Dill contains a compound called apiol, which causes vasodilation as a result of its effect on the parasympathetic nervous system. It can thus treat erectile dysfunction.
At the same time it lowers blood pressure and thereby increases cardiac output, and it also improves the blood supply to the heart muscle.
It can help with the removal of kidney stones, for example by drinking its tea for at least 2 weeks.
It lowers blood sugar levels
Dill supports carbohydrate metabolism, keeps insulin levels within the normal range and also reduces cholesterol production in the liver.
In case of urinary problems
The most common cause of urinary tract infections is the bacterium Ecole, which has an excellent opponent in dill. If you suffer from such a disease, it’s worth making a dill decoction and adding it to your bath (steep 30 g of dill in 1 liter of water for 15 minutes)
