Then wash your face with warm water and rub it with kefir, which will remove the onion smell and soothe the skin.

You should apply this onion mask 10 times with two-day breaks. Thanks to the organic acids in the onion, it works like a small miracle on the skin: it brightens, smooths, and helps remove blemishes such as scars, age spots, or freckles. The mask can be used not only on the face; it is ideal for any problematic areas on the body.

Onion elixir for cell regeneration

Onion juice contains ascorbic acid, iodine, phytoncides, and the flavonoid quercetin, which are unique substances that activate the process of rejuvenation and regeneration of skin cells.

Procedure

Clean 10 medium onions and 1 head of garlic. Pour over with 1 liter of milk and simmer over low heat for 1 hour. Remove from heat, strain and let cool. Add 2 tablespoons of honey (to the cooled milk) and store in the refrigerator in a glass container with a tight lid.

Clean and chop all the vegetables, cover with water and simmer. Feel free to season the soup with any spices and don’t be afraid to add chili pepper. Consume the soup 3-4 times a day during one week. On the first day you can eat any fruit except bananas. On the second day it is recommended to eat the soup with any vegetables except potatoes. The third day is mostly fruit but a little vegetable is allowed. Fourth day – vegetables, on the fifth day it is recommended to add 500 g of chicken meat to the menu. Sixth and seventh day – fruit, vegetables and 500 g of chicken meat.
