Add more water, briefly boil, and then blend. Afterwards season the soup, pour into a bowl and garnish with a piece of arugula. Taste it and you’ll be sure that this one is definitely flawless.
And why broccoli? Because its effects on the human body are literally unique. It contains enough magnesium, as well as iron, and also a large amount of vitamin C. One must not forget folic acid, potassium, or even vitamin B12. That’s a combination that will benefit your body more than enough.

Carrot soup with ginger
A very interesting combination that will amaze you with its taste. Besides carrot and ginger you will also need onion, cream, and vegetable broth. The procedure is similar to above. First sauté the onion and then add a little sliced ginger.
Next add the carrot, pour in some broth and simmer everything until tender. Then add more water and let it boil for a while. After that take an immersion blender and blend until the soup is perfectly smooth.
Then just mellow it with cream and you can serve. The sweetness of the carrot and the spiciness of the ginger is a combination that doesn’t fail.

Red lentil soup

The beginning is again the same, associated with sautéing onion and garlic. Then add the lentils and sliced peeled potatoes and pour in the broth.
When all the ingredients are soft, you can lightly thicken with a roux. But don’t overdo the thickness.
After that the soup is ready. Once served you can sprinkle the surface with a little chili pepper, or also a little coriander.
And why red lentils? For example because they are a very good source of much-needed proteins for the body. Furthermore you must not forget fiber, as well as iron, or even magnesium.
An advantage of red lentils is also the content of vitamin B6, or the fact that it has a very low glycemic index and is easily digestible. And beware – unlike common lentils, it is a type of legume that won’t make you gassy.
