Even a new refrigerator with a freezer can turn out to be a nuisance. The freezer is priceless and we would hardly be able to imagine not having it in our kitchen. On the other hand, caring for this appliance isn’t that simple, which then causes further complications.

How to check whether your freezer is working?
- Pour water into a bowl or glass and place it in the freezer.
- When the water freezes, place a coin on it and put it back into the freezer.
- Calmly go about your planned activities. The coin should remain in the freezer for the whole night or the entire day.
- Take the glass with the coin out of the freezer. If the coin is still on the surface of the frozen layer, then everything is fine and your freezer is working as it should! If the coin ended up at the bottom of the glass, the freezer is operating on a freeze-and-thaw cycle, so the coin falls to the bottom. Therefore, you should get rid of any food that was stored there as soon as possible.
