Just crush the tablet into a powder and pour it into a container with sufficient capacity. Add several liters of boiling water, stir, and immerse the item you want to clean in the resulting solution. A few minutes is enough; you can help with a brush: all the dirt is already soaked or dissolved and comes off the surface very easily.
