Jan Kwasniewski – a well-known Polish nutrition consultant and therapist who developed an interesting energy system for weight loss that would undermine all the fundamentals of dietetics. In it he combines healthy and tasty foods without restrictions. Unlike his colleagues, he does not place a taboo on fats; on the contrary, he recommends including them in the diet. It is worth mentioning that the man in question has been working in the field of healthy nutrition for more than 30 years.

Diet Goal
It is intended for people with blood sugar problems, liver disease or cardiovascular system disorders. Kwasniewski assures that the menu he designed can not only help with losing kilograms, but also improve the functioning of internal organs.
Main recommendations
The expert’s conclusions consist of 2 simple rules, thanks to which the organism will be transformed into a well-functioning machine.
Rule No. 1 – A person should concentrate on the fact that they are consuming something and at the same time should be in a quiet and calm environment. Do not talk, do not watch TV, do not read. It is necessary to eliminate all disturbing factors.
Rule No. 2 – An important aspect is rest after eating. It should be between 15 and 30 minutes. Greater physical activity (e.g. exercise) is recommended only 2 hours after eating.
Meal Plan
Food should consist of proteins and fats of animal origin. These are various types of meats, bacon, or offal. Exclude or limit consumption of fruit and vegetables because they contain a lot of water and burden the body with excessive work.
The author also recommends that a person give up baked goods made from wheat flour. The meal plan should include: 5-8 eggs per day, bacon, meat and meat products, fattier dairy products (cheese, cream), starchy vegetables and a bit of pasta.
Breakfast: scrambled eggs or an omelette with bacon, a slice of fresh bread and a glass of sweet tea. In this case the bread can be spread with the oil created while frying the bacon.
Lunch: 150 g of meat fried in breadcrumbs, boiled potatoes, pickled vegetables.
Dinner: full-fat milk or cream, pancakes with whipped cream.
The Polish dietitian does not set any specific duration for the diet. He says that you should eat when you want. The amount of ingredients is adjusted depending on the person’s preference. To boost the effect, have a slice of bacon every morning on an empty stomach (for 10 days).
Of course, every person is different, therefore this eating system may or may not work. Always listen to your body, because sometimes only it knows what is best for you.
