High-quality hard cheese cannot be cheap, because it must provide our body with beneficial substances and have great taste. On the other hand, everything that is low-cost is full of palm oil, dried milk, soy, stabilizers, flavorings and preservatives. This is not real food to eat, but a punishment!

Never eat hard cheese, that is of poor quality; rather save your money for something worth buying. Even if you could afford it only once in a while, it will be better than eating cheap cheese imitations.

You will read about the negative effects of cheap cheeses below; we only remind consumers who unknowingly are damaging their pancreas and liver to stop eating it and under no circumstances feed it to their children.

How to choose cheese

Cheeses that are vacuum-packed or wrapped in cling film are not the best for consumption. You should prefer a cheese from which a piece can be cut from the remainder of a round cheese. This will increase the likelihood that the product does not contain harmful substances, or at least that there will be fewer of them. Pay attention to the rind of the wheel of cheese – there should be no cracks or coating, otherwise you risk that you buy harmful bacteria along with the cheese. This means that even expensive cheeses can be flavorless and missing what should actually be in them.

A good cheese should have a uniform shape, even structure, smooth and symmetrical holes – these are all signs of a quality cheese and not its imitation. Unfortunately, there are also forged duds, but with this test you will make sure that the cheese is really excellent.

The cheese test should be performed at room temperature, after removing it from the refrigerator. Take a slice or small piece of cheese and bend it to a right angle. A quality cheese should not crack at the bend. Otherwise, it is an imitation.

Brittle cheese, which easily falls apart and crumbles, you should not eat under any circumstances. In reality it is palm oil mixed with a small amount of dried milk and colorants! This cheese may look smooth, symmetrical and have a nice color, but it is deceptive to the customer.

Palm oil contains nothing but fat. The problem is that if you consume even a few pieces of cheese that you think are fine, you will actually ingest a huge amount of fat and thus create fat reserves for a long time. These unhealthy fats clog blood vessels, worsen digestion, promote weight gain and have no positive effect on our body.

We hope these tips helped you with your next cheese choice and that you’ll more easily determine what will be better for you.

In this video you will see how a real cheese should not look

If you can knead it like playdough and form a ball, it is proof that palm oil is present in it.
