In my case, painful joints are part of everyday life. To stop myself from just taking painkillers, I look for various ways to help myself.
Every autumn my husband and I go to the forest for mushrooms and I always collect chestnuts.
Chestnuts as an autumn remedy
Step 1
There are 15-20 of them, just cut them into quarters or crush them, put them into a large jar and pour in a liter of Alpa or strong alcohol.
Step 2
Seal it and let it stand for a month. Then rub the painful areas with this solution. By the way, I also add ordinary crushed acylpyrin to the mixture, but it is without the original acylpyrin.
Usage
I simply rub my sore joints with it before bed – I have problems mainly with my wrists and knees.
Ideal for pain relief. My mother-in-law also uses it for varicose veins and cold feet.
Experience
Three years ago a doctor threatened me with surgery because of severe wrist pain, but since I have been using this remedy my condition has greatly improved and fortunately surgery is out of the question.
