Professor’s instructions:
- Every day after returning home pour into a bathtub or other container 10 – 15 cm of cold/icy water.
Beware, do not add warm water to it! Then grit your teeth and stand in it barefoot. - Hold out for about 10 – 15 seconds. During this time you can sing or even dance, it will distract you from the feeling of cold.
- Then get out of the tub or sink and dry your feet with a rougher terry towel. Put on wool socks on your dried feet and you’re done!
