These white dots, known as milia, are small white bumps that appear on the skin, most often around the eyes.

What are Milia?

They are dead skin cells under the surface of the skin that turn into these small white hard cysts.

Milia can appear at any age and are often found even in small children.

In those cases, however, milia disappear on their own without any need to treat them or to apply creams or to pierce them.

On the other hand, in an adult we must help them to disappear.

And why do milia form? The cause is not yet known, but they usually appear when there is poor development or damage to the sweat glands, for example as a result of skin injury or even burns.

Other causes of milia include soaps, cleansing products, and also facial creams that do not suit our skin.

Even though these bumps do not affect a person’s health, they are a really unpleasant and unsightly cosmetic blemish for us.

And that’s why today we will show you how to get rid of these little nuisances once and for all!

Removing milia is more than simple, but it is necessary to follow the following instructions. The most important thing, however, is not to squeeze the milia!

They are skin cysts that are very deep under the skin and are sensitive.

With unskilled handling you could seriously hurt yourself.

So how to remove them?

Make a mixture at home of sugar and lemon that will beautifully cleanse your skin. Lemon contains antibacterial, antiseptic and antioxidant substances.

So mix 2 tablespoons of sugar with the juice of half a lemon.

If you want, you can also add one teaspoon of olive oil and mix the mixture well.

Then apply to the affected areas and leave it to work for 15 minutes.

After the time has passed, rinse your face with warm water. And it’s done!

With regular use of this mask, the milia should disappear on their own.
