Today we offer you an excellent recipe that increases the natural production of lubricants in the knees, strengthens the tendons and ligaments, thereby ultimately improving your quality of life. This ndrink is rich in vitamin C , silicon, magnesium and the enzyme bromelain. These are all powerful anti-inflammatory and pain-reducing substances. In addition, the listed nutrients nourish not only knee tissue, but provide the whole body with the necessary strength and energy.

For its preparation you will need the following ingredients:
  • 250 ml of pure water
  • 1 glass (200 ml) of instant oat flakes
  • 40 grams of honey
  • 2 glasses (400 ml) of chopped fresh pineapple
  • 1 glass (200 ml) of fresh orange juice
  • 7 grams of cinnamon, preferably Ceylon
  • 40 grams of crushed almonds

Preparation

1) First, cook the oat flakes in the water and squeeze the juice from the pineapple (through a cloth or in a juicer, if you have one).

2) Then put the orange juice, honey, almonds and cinnamon into a blender and blend everything well.

3) Next add the oat flakes and the pineapple juice to it and continue blending.

4) After you obtain a smooth mixture, you can add a few ice cubes and finish blending.

Usage

Drink throughout the day.

Unconsumed drink can be stored in the refrigerator for a maximum of 24 hours.

Use as needed until the pain or other knee issues disappear.
