Cooking is fun for some, an art for others, and for some even a nightmare. Since it’s an activity most of us do every day, we have a few tips to make it easier.
How to make cooking easier?
Storing spices
Store spices, rather than in plastic bags, in glass or plastic containers that you label with adhesive tape and the name cut out from the original packaging.
Lighting a burner
If you have trouble lighting a burner, use a piece of uncooked spaghetti to transfer the flame from a working burner.
Storing dry foods
Dry foods can also be stored in a container made from used plastic bottles. More in the video.
Cooking from a book
If you’re cooking from a recipe in a book that you don’t want to soil, or you want to prevent it from flipping, use a simple hanger.
No more boiling over
A wooden spoon will stop things from boiling over. You just need to place it correctly.
