  • Then place them in a pot, cover with water, put on the lid and simmer for 15 minutes over low heat.
  • After cooking, strain the tea and let it cool.

Usage

Drink the prepared tea throughout the day. Divide the produced amount over 2 days. Then take one day off and drink again for 2 days.

Use the tea in this way for several weeks.
