We will need
- 1.5 liters of pure water
- 2 dl of cranberry juice
- 1/4 teaspoon of dried ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon of Ceylon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 teaspoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice
Preparation
Bring the water to a boil.
Add the cranberry juice, ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg to it. Let steep for 20 minutes.
After cooling, add the orange and lemon juices.
Stir everything well and store the drink in the refrigerator.
Usage
Drink the prepared beverage gradually throughout the day.
It is enough to prepare it once a week, however this also depends on the severity of your disease and how quickly you want to recover.
