The video, which was posted on June 16, gathered an unbelievable 23 million views within just a few days, nearly 150 thousand shares and over 444 thousand likes.
Many people decided to try the trick and posted their results in replies to the post.
“Not bad for 30 seconds. I had a small head of garlic. Peeling the cloves was easier,” boasted, for example, one woman with a bowl full of peeled cloves.
Another said she is enthusiastic about the method and that the most practical thing is to use a short, wide knife for it.
