To find it, cover your knee with your palm and align your hands. The point is located between the ends of the little finger and the ring finger and resembles a small cavity between the bones. Daily massage of the Zu San Li point in the evening hours is very beneficial for getting rid of excess kilograms. It is even said that in this way you can lose 400 – 500 g per week!
Massage this point nine times with circular movements clockwise on each leg alternately. The massage should last a total of 10 minutes, i.e. 5 minutes for each leg. However, be careful not to massage the leg before going to bed, because such a massage can cause insomnia. After pressing this point you should feel a bit of discomfort and a slight pain, but otherwise you will not achieve the desired effect.
