Of course, we don’t mean the kind with tons of butter and salt and prepared in the microwave. But homemade popcorn, made in a dry pan, with the addition of herbs, chili or a touch of Himalayan salt, is a healthy snack that stimulates digestion. It’s light and doesn’t contain many calories!

6. Eggs
Another good choice for the evening. One egg has only 75 calories and a lot of protein. You can eat them hard-boiled, soft-boiled or cooked without fat. You’ll feel satisfied either way!

7. Vegetables
Carrot, celery or a mixed salad will be the best snack for the evening. The first two suggestions are crunchy, so they can instinctively replace chips and peanuts. They are healthy, full of fiber and satisfy hunger.

8. Bananas
Bananas are great in the evening because they help you fall asleep.

Although they have many calories, they provide the body with plenty of potassium and magnesium, so they relax the muscles. At the same time they give a feeling of fullness and are simply very tasty!

We advise you not to eat apples in the evening. Why? Because due to their pectin and fiber content, apples are hard to digest, which can make it difficult to fall asleep.
