But what about the best natural masks that will maximally accelerate hair growth? No chemistry or expensive store products, just 100% power of nature.

Natural hair masks

Nourishing hair masks are a great way to give your hair the necessary nutrients, which will reward you with shine, health and rapid growth. We’ve summarized the best tips you can use as a hair mask. Ideally, you should treat yourself to one once a week with iron regularity. Feel free to alternate masks, each contains a different composition of necessary substances.

On average hair should grow about 1.25 cm per month. However this number is individual and gradually decreases with age. It doesn’t have to be exactly the same even for damaged hair. However, if you take care of your hair, you can easily grow 2 to 3 cm of beautiful healthy hair per month. If you dreamed of 10 cm every month, know that it has nothing to do with reality.

Aloe Vera

If you grow this plant at home, which is often a cure-all, you’re doing well. Squeeze the juice and pulp from two smaller leaves and massage it into your scalp. Not only will you improve circulation, the massage will also stimulate hair growth. Then let the aloe substances work for at least 2 hours (ideally even overnight) and then rinse your hair as usual.

Cognac

Who would have thought that alcohol can serve as a great mask? Simply mix a glass of cognac with two eggs and olive oil. Massage the mixture into the scalp, spread it along the entire length of the hair and leave it on for an hour. Then wash your hair with lukewarm water as usual.

Apple cider vinegar

You can use this recipe twice a week. It’s also great for people troubled by dandruff or overly oily hair. After washing with shampoo, don’t use conditioner, but replace it with apple cider vinegar. Rinse your washed hair with it, squeeze it out and then just briefly dry it with a hair dryer.

Eggs

For this mask, egg whites rich in protein will serve you well. Whip two egg whites with a whisk until stiff and then apply them to individual strands; put a plastic bag over your head or wrap your hair in cling film. Then put a warm cap on your head and leave it for about 40 minutes. Afterwards rinse your hair with lukewarm water.

Mustard powder

Mix 2 tablespoons of ground mustard with two tablespoons of hot water. Stir everything well and then add one egg yolk, 2 tablespoons of burdock oil and 2 teaspoons of sugar. Mix everything thoroughly and then rub it into the hair. Massage into the roots but don’t forget the damaged ends. Then wrap your hair in plastic for an hour and then rinse your hair with lukewarm water.

Cinnamon

Mix a teaspoon of cinnamon with a teaspoon of honey and mix the cinnamon well. Then add about 100 to 150 ml of olive oil (depending on hair length), which you first warm slightly in a pot. Stir everything and apply the mask ideally with a brush. Leave on for about 15 minutes and then wash with shampoo and conditioner. Cinnamon improves scalp circulation and also reduces hair loss. You won’t even have dreamed of the shine you’ll achieve with this brilliant mask.

Lemons

The juice of one lemon is also great against greasiness and thanks to it you’ll have brilliantly shiny hair. Mix it with the juice of half an onion and stir in a tablespoon of burdock oil and one egg yolk. Whisk the mixture and heat it in a water bath until it’s warm. Then apply it along the entire length of the hair and leave it on for an hour. Then wash your hair with lukewarm water.
