4. Friendship

Good and frequent contact with friends and family has a strong positive effect on your life. Socially active people live longer than their peers who spend time alone. Relationships with others reduce stress, provide a sense of security, and give the will to live.

3. Positive attitude

Taking pleasure in small things, caring about little matters, and looking for the positive side even in great life tragedies will extend your life. Don’t be afraid, enjoy what you have.
