  • 6 lettuce leaves

Preparation

The whole preparation will take you no more than 8 minutes. Proceed as follows:

1. Put all the ingredients into a juicer or blender. If you use a blender, add 1 to 2 glasses of clean water.

2. Juice them. If using a blender, strain the resulting mixture through a cloth or cheesecloth.

3. Stir the juice well before drinking.

Usage

The prepared juice yields 2 to 3 servings. It is best to drink it on an empty stomach at least 15 to 30 minutes before a meal, for example before breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Store any leftover portion in the refrigerator and drink within 12 hours.

Consume the drink for 3 to 7 days, depending on the severity of your condition and the degree of liver contamination. For prevention a shorter period is sufficient, while a longer period is needed for a more thorough detox.
