  • Tip: During these three days honey is not included, but you should drink a larger amount of water.

Days 7-10: Vegetables

For the last four days, consume only vegetables.

  • Preparation: Prepare 500 g of cooked or steamed vegetables and 500 g of fresh vegetables.
  • Consumption: Divide the vegetables into 6 portions and eat them throughout the day, again no later than 8:00 PM.
  • Tip: You can add honey to water and drink it in the desired amount. The main bonus is green tea, which you can drink in various amounts, but don’t forget that it has diuretic effects.

Who Is the Diet Suitable For?

This diet is not suitable for people who are accustomed to eating anything and suddenly decide to switch to a 10-day regimen. The negative effects on the body would not help them in losing kilograms.
