The butt is certainly a problem area for many women and so today we decided to help you with it a bit. The most effective way to shape a firm and yet juicy butt is squats!

A simple, time-tested exercise that has gained popularity around the world.

Squats will, in a relatively short period, make your butt pleasantly round and you will even strengthen your abs! The most important thing is to learn to perform the basic squat correctly. If you master it, you can try various squat variations to spice up your workout and if you’re very bold, feel free to add weight.

30-day challenge:

During the challenge your body will secrete testosterone and growth hormone. In plain terms, that means that thanks to these hormones you will build muscle. You don’t have to be afraid, you won’t grow into any muscular giantess! The only thing that will happen is that you will speed up your basal metabolism and thus your muscle cells will burn more energy (primarily fat). One kilogram of muscle helps burn more than 100 calories a day, even at times when you are not exercising and your body is enjoying rest.

How to melt belly fat?
 

Assuming you are healthy, you should be able to manage at least fifty squats a day without problems. Of course, if it seems little to you, feel free to add more, but don’t overdo it. The important thing is that you force yourself to do at least those fifty every day.
