For the first recipe, in which the chicken wings are baked in the oven, prepare 1 kilogram of chicken wings, half a cup of mayonnaise or sour cream, half a cup of tomato sauce and salt or pepper to taste. Mix the mayonnaise with the tomato sauce and coat the chicken wings in this mixture. Bake the wings on baking paper for approximately 45 minutes at 180 °C.
Mustard and soy sauce? A great combination!
With the second recipe try an interesting melding of flavors. In addition to the chicken wings, prepare soy sauce, mustard, mayonnaise and garlic. Mix all the ingredients and coat the chicken wings with the resulting mixture. Let the marinade with the meat rest in the refrigerator for at least three hours and then bake again at 180 °C for about three quarters of an hour.
Rely on the great taste of chicken meat in its own juice. For another phenomenal recipe you won’t need anything more than chicken wings, caraway, a little red paprika, oil and salt. On an oiled baking tray place the washed and salted chicken. Sprinkle with caraway and paprika seasoning. Let a cold oven heat up to 200 °C together with the meat so that it releases its juice. Use a spoon to scoop it up and pour it over the meat. After about 20 minutes repeat the procedure and after another 5 minutes you can remove the meat and serve.
