Many people carry parasites inside them and don’t even know it. Possible symptoms are either ignored or mistaken for other illnesses.

Parasitic infections can be treated with the help of several common herbs. It is also necessary to strengthen your immune system so it can fight parasites more effectively.

First, however, let’s talk more about the typical symptoms. The successful treatment of any health problem depends on its correct diagnosis.

As we have already mentioned, symptoms of parasites can easily be mistaken for other conditions. The key to their correct diagnosis is the simultaneous occurrence of multiple symptoms.

2. Loss of appetite.

6. Mood swings: depression, anxiety, restlessness, suicidal thoughts, irritability.

7. Gum bleeding.

8. Strong cravings for processed and sweet foods.

9. Allergies and sensitivity to certain foods.

10. Anemia or iron deficiency.

18. Menstrual problems in women.

19. Painful or stiff joints.

20. Itching – especially around the mouth, nose and anus.

21. Persistent digestive problems.

Herbs that kill parasites

If several of the mentioned symptoms occur in you at the same time, there is a high probability that they are caused by parasites.

You can use the following herbs to eliminate them:

1. Garlic
Garlic is not only one of the strongest natural antibiotics, but it is also very effective against parasites. In addition, it controls secondary occurrences of fungal infections (mycoses).

Its main active substance is allicin, which is activated by crushing raw garlic. It is partially broken down by cooking.

You can eat crushed garlic, for example with honey spread on bread with butter. Its sharp taste is significantly reduced this way and it becomes easier to consume.

2. Clove
Cloves, like garlic, are among the most potent herbs against parasites. They owe this to the active compound caryophyllene.

After entering the bloodstream, this active substance destroys not only the parasites themselves but also their microscopic eggs and larvae.

Cloves can be used against cholera, malaria, tuberculosis, scabies and other parasites. They are also good against common bacteria, viruses and fungi such as candida.

3. Ginger
Ginger helps with blood circulation, digestion and flatulence. Excessive bloating is typical in cases when the body is trying to deal with dying parasites.

It supports the production of stomach acids, which are the body’s first defense against parasites. It also removes mucus in which parasites often tend to nest.

4. Cucumber seeds
Cucumber seeds are excellent for removing parasites such as tapeworms in the digestive tract. They contain enzymes that kill tapeworms.

For a quick cleanse, grind or crush 1 to 2 teaspoons of cucumber seeds into a powder and add it to a drink. Take daily for 1 day.

5. Raw pumpkin seeds
Pumpkin seeds contain a fat that is toxic to parasites and their eggs. It causes parasites to detach from the intestinal walls and then be expelled from the body in the stool.

Chinese traditional healers use them for acute schistosomiasis and tapeworms.

Grind in a coffee grinder or crush 1 dcl of pumpkin seeds and add them to salads or smoothies.

6. Turmeric
Turmeric is a very versatile Indian spice. In addition to antiparasitic effects, it is also strongly anti-cancer, anti-inflammatory and detoxifying.

For better absorption of its active compound curcumin, mix it with pepper and olive oil. Take 1 to 2 teaspoons of turmeric daily.

7. Hot peppers or chili spice
This spicy seasoning has powerful effects against fungal mycoses and intestinal parasites. It also enhances the effects of other antiparasitic substances such as pumpkin seeds or ginger.

African cayenne pepper is best, but our traditional hot peppers also work well.

8. Antiparasitic teas
Today you can find various antiparasitic teas on the market.

They usually contain blends of herbs, each of which acts on a different kind of parasite. They are therefore able to cover a wide spectrum of different parasites.

9. Probiotics

During your antiparasitic treatment you should take probiotics, especially in the evening before sleep.

The purpose is to help the intestine regenerate and cleanse itself of the toxic products left behind by parasites and their bodies.

Eat, for example, kefirs, plain yogurts, sauerkraut, kombucha and other fermented foods.
