Pain somewhere in the body is the most common sensation felt by each of us. The three main manifestations of pain are energy, perception and physical expression.
By traditional understanding, the causes of pain are changes in pathology, i.e. the structure at the affected site (for example tissue damage), or external factors such as cold, heat, pressure and the like.
In addition to these obvious causes, some branches of alternative medicine also distinguish psychological causes that manifest as physical pain. In other words, every type of pain is connected to a specific emotional state.
For us this means that regardless of age and knowledge, we still have much to learn about our own body in order to avoid pain.
When we manage to integrate these lessons into our lives, understand them and learn to use them with others, then the pain simply passes.
What is our body telling us?
When it comes to pain, the body is fairly clear about it. Our feelings directly manifest on the physical plane.
If we feel emotional stress, the organism tells us exactly what the problem is. The only thing we need to do is decode its message correctly.
And here is our guide on how to do that:
1.Muscle pains represent a challenge in the ability to move forward in life. Are you flexible enough at work, at home, or within yourself? Adapt and “go with the flow” …
2.Headaches limit our decision-making.
Migraines occur when we know what decision to make but do not make it. Make sure you set aside some time each day for relaxation. Do something that releases this pressure.
3. Neck pain can be a sign that you have trouble forgiving others or yourself. When you feel neck pain, try thinking about the things you like about yourself or others. Consciously work on forgiving.
4. Gum pain is associated with decisions you do not make or cannot tolerate. Define your goals and pursue them stubbornly.
5. Shoulder pain indicates that you are carrying emotional weight. This is also where the saying that a person “carries worries on their shoulders” comes from. Focus on proactively solving a problem and also transfer some of your worries or responsibilities onto the shoulders of others in your life.
6. Stomach pains appear when you have not “digested” something negative. The feeling that you are not respected by others can cause nausea in the stomach.
7. Pain in the upper back indicates that you lack emotional support from others, or that you are not loved. If you are single, maybe this is the right moment to go out and meet someone.
8. Lower back pain may mean that you are overly preoccupied with money or lack emotional support. It may be time to ask for a raise at work, or to seek help from a financial advisor who can help you organize your finances better.
9. Pain in the lower back and tailbone probably means that you are sitting on something that needs to be resolved. Delve into it and find the right solution.
10. Elbow pain is directly related to your unwillingness to change something in your life. When your arms are stiff, it means that you yourself are too rigid in life. It is time to move on or at least relax a little more.
11. Arm pain means that you are carrying someone or something as an emotional burden. You should finally reflect on why you are carrying it (him/her).
12. Hand pain. Hands symbolize our connection to other people. If you feel pain in them, it may mean that you too rarely turn to others.
Try to gain new friends, or renew old friendships.
13. Hip pain occurs when you are afraid of moving. It indicates that there is resistance in you to moving forward. It can also be a sign that you have difficulty making decisions. If you have ideas, it is time to realize them. Generally speaking, hip pain is associated with support and imbalance in how you view life and a feeling of lack of love.
14. Joint pain points to an inability to be flexible. Be open to new ways of thinking, new lessons and life experiences.
15. Knee pain symbolizes our relationship to another person, whether balanced or aggressive. Knee pain shows problems with accepting things as they are. Pain inside the knee is associated with community, work and friends. On the outer part of the knee it is related to personal problems. Remember that you are only human, a mortal. Do not let your ego dominate your life. Voluntary work may be beneficial to you.
16. Tooth pain means that you are not satisfied with the situation you are in, which affects your emotions in everyday life. Remember that experiences flow more smoothly when you focus on positive outcomes.
17. Ankle pain speaks to the fact that you do not allow yourself to be happy and to enjoy life. It is time to be kinder to yourself. Also try to spice up your love life a little.
18. Pain that causes fatigue is brought on by boredom, defiance and rejection of what drives you forward. Open yourself to your inner voice that leads you to new experiences and adventures.
19. Foot pain can be caused by depression. There is too much negativity under your feet.
Enjoy even the small pleasures of life – adopt a pet or find a new hobby. Seek joy.
20. Unexplained pain in various parts of the body. The cellular structure of the body is constantly renewing itself and during this process releases negative energy. This can weaken the immune system and all other systems in the body. So, although it may seem that the body is in a state of illness, in reality it is more or less just cleansing. This condition should pass soon.
