There are 4 blood groups: A, B, AB, O. We are born with our blood group; it is formed already during our development in the womb and cannot be changed.
Blood groups differ from one another and have their own specific characteristics. We bring you a list of what you should know about your group.
Blood type and nutrition
Blood type plays a big role when it comes to digestion and weight loss. A person’s diet should be adapted to their blood type.
For example, people with blood type A should avoid meat and switch to vegetables, while people with type O need more protein and therefore should include more meat and fish in their diet.
If you have blood type AB, seafood and lean meats are right for you. People with type B should be careful with chicken and rather choose beef.
Blood type and illness
To prevent certain illnesses, learn your blood type and its characteristics.
Blood type and personality
Each blood type is distinct and significantly influences a person’s personality. People with blood type O are sociable, confident, creative and extroverted. If you have group A, you are rather calmer, more trustworthy and have a sense for art. Group B is characterized by goal-oriented, independent and strong people. If you have blood type AB, you are reliable, shy, yet caring.
Blood type and pregnancy
Blood type significantly influences pregnancy. Some blood types conceive more easily than others. The bodies of women with blood type AB produce fewer follicle-stimulating hormones, which allow them to become pregnant more easily.
Blood type and handling stress
Everyone reacts to stress differently. Blood type A significantly affects how it is tolerated. Blood type O is typical for getting angry quickly, has a higher adrenaline level and needs more time to resolve stressful situations.
blood antigens
Blood antigens are present outside the blood as well. They are in the digestive tract, from the mouth to the large intestine, but also in the nose and lungs.
Blood type and belly
Did you know that blood type determines whether you are predisposed to a flat or large belly? If you have type A, a flat stomach comes naturally to you, whereas type O is more prone to a fat-filled belly.
Blood type and marriage
Generally people marry for love. If you plan to have a child, you should know that blood type is really important in this regard! People with A and B groups should not mix their groups, because according to the Rh factor, Rh+ and Rh- should remain separate. In some countries a blood test is required before marriage.
Blood type and exercise
Type A is more prone to stress, needs relaxation and therefore should choose calming exercise. And that every day! Yoga and meditation are the best choice. Type B loves challenges and therefore opts for activities that find balance between body and soul. Tennis, climbing, and art are right for them.
Blood type and emergency situations
