There are 4 blood groups: A, B, AB, O. We are born with a blood type; it forms already during our development in the womb and cannot be changed.
Blood groups differ from each other and have their specific characteristics. We bring you a list of what you should know about your group.
Blood group and nutrition
Blood group plays a big role when it comes to digestion and weight loss. People’s diet should be adapted to the person’s blood type.
For example, people with blood group A should avoid meat and switch to vegetables, while people with group O need more protein and therefore should include more meat and fish in their diet.
If you have blood group AB, seafood and lean meats are right for you. People with group B should watch out for chicken and rather choose beef.

Blood group and personality
Each blood group is unique and significantly influences a person’s personality. People with blood group O are sociable, confident, creative and extroverted. If you have blood group AB, you are reliable, shy, yet caring.

Blood group significantly affects pregnancy. Some blood groups conceive more easily than others. The bodies of women with blood group AB produce fewer follicle-stimulating hormones, which make it easier to become pregnant.
